The Role
A Migration Engineer for M365 holds a crucial position within organizations, undertaking a wide range of tasks related to the migration of Microsoft 365 (M365) services. Responsibilities include overseeing the seamless transition of data and applications to M365, implementing robust security protocols, optimizing resource usage for cost-effectiveness, and ensuring optimal performance. As an integral part of our migration team, you will play a key role in assisting clients throughout the entire M365 migration process, from initial planning and execution to ongoing support and management of their cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Solution Design, Implementation and Migration of Microsoft 365
- Supporting customer on Microsoft 365 and act as an escalation point for support team.
Skills:
- Expertise and experience in design, implementation, and migration of Microsoft 365
- Expertise and experience in support of Microsoft 365 • Experience with native and third-party migration tools
- Experience in escalation and incident management
- Understanding of ITIL/IT Operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Documentation Skills
- Well versed in customer interactions

Qualifications:
